Our wine list at SOLÉ is a carefully selected mix of high quality, high value wines from around the world. Our pioneering two tier prix fixe wine program encourages guests to experiment more freely with wine by removing the price sensitivity. The first tier wines are easy drinking, quality, every day wines. Tier number two wines are a little more complex, high quality wines that reward a discerning palate.

For your convenience, we have arranged our wines in descending order, from lighter to heavier in body & flavor. This will assist you in choosing the style of wine that suites you the best!  Salute!
